These terms, and what they cover

These terms govern the use of this website, acss.co.uk, published by ACSS (SW) LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10932637, registered office 2A Ledbury Mews N, London W11 2AF, United Kingdom.

The Aquarius system, the Hooked ordering app and any support or hosting we provide are supplied under a separate written agreement with the customer concerned. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement wins. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract.

Who we sell to

We supply businesses, and only businesses in the seafood trade. We do not sell to consumers, and these terms are written on that basis. Nothing here is intended to limit the rights of a consumer, because we do not expect to have any.

Using this website

You may read this site, and print or copy pages from it for your own business use. You may not:

• copy, republish or exploit any part of it commercially without our written permission;
• use it in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage or overload it;
• attempt to gain access to any part of it, or to any system connected to it, that you have not been given access to;
• introduce anything malicious, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

We may withdraw or change anything on this site at any time, and we may suspend it without notice.

Accuracy of what you read here

We take care over the information on this site, but it is provided for general guidance. Screenshots, figures, feature descriptions and case studies illustrate what the software can do; they are not a specification and they are not a promise about what your own installation will do or what results you will get. Software changes, and the screens shown here may not match the current release.

Anything we tell you about suitability, price, timescale or capability becomes binding only when it is in a signed agreement.

Our name and other people's

The content, design, text, images and code of this site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. "ACSS", "Aquarius", "Aquarius Pro", "Hooked" and "Wakeflow" are our names and marks.

Customer names, logos and testimonials appear with the permission of the businesses concerned and remain theirs. Other product names on this site — accounting, ordering and delivery services we connect to — belong to their owners, and naming them means we work with them, not that they endorse us.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not run, that is for your convenience. We do not control it and are not responsible for what is on it or what it does with your information.

Our liability for this website

We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those exclusions come first and nothing below limits them.

Subject to that, and because you are a business: we do not accept liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated saving, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising out of your use of this website. This site is provided as it is, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.

This clause is about the website. Our liability for the software and services we supply is set out in the agreement covering them.

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies; this version is dated 8 September 2026.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
