Does Aquarius Pro work with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks?
Yes. Invoices and payments flow from Aquarius into Xero, sales and purchase ledgers can be pushed into Sage, and QuickBooks is kept in step with invoicing from Aquarius, so nothing is typed in twice.
Can we start with the core module and add more later?
Yes. Aquarius Pro is modular. The core module covers customers, stock, sales orders, factory processing, invoicing and reports. Purchase orders and goods in, filleting, supermarket packing, scallops, scanner despatch, hand grading and EDI can be added later, along with more labelling stations, as the business grows.
How do customer orders get into Aquarius Pro?
Staff can enter them directly, and customers can order through Hooked, ACSS's own ordering app, by app, phone, email or AI chat. Hooked orders are confirmed by your team before they become sales orders. Orders from Fresho, Orderlion, Choco and Shopify also land in Aquarius without re-keying.
