Orders from Fresho, Orderlion, Choco and Shopify land in Aquarius automatically, and staff can key phone orders straight in. Because Hooked runs on your own Aquarius system, the prices, stock, delivery routes and cut-offs your customers see are always the real ones.
Weigh, label and pack every box to order
Packing stations weigh, label and barcode each box and record it into stock, so every order is prepared correctly for the customer. The scales are trade-approved, so the weights on labels and invoices can be used for selling by weight, and labels can carry GS1-128 barcodes alongside the traceability details. See the hardware.
Scanned despatch that gets the vans away on time
Boxes are scanned onto each order with handheld scanners, and despatch and delivery notes print automatically, so drivers get away from the depot sooner. The day's deliveries can be sent to Podfather for route planning and proof of delivery.
Invoices without re-keying
Sales invoices are created automatically from the weights packed, on your own invoice stationery, and posted to your accounts: invoices and payments flow into Xero, sales and purchase ledgers into Sage, and QuickBooks is kept in step. Nobody types weights into the accounts software.
Traceability that follows every box
